Sarah served as the Design Adviser for a comprehensive project that included five primary schools, one secondary school, and several nurseries across urban sites. Throughout the process, Sarah played a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and ensuring the designs adhered to the project brief. She worked closely with contractors, architects, and school leadership teams to navigate site constraints and deliver successful outcomes.

From the outset, Sarah collaborated with Technical Advisers and school senior leadership teams to develop project briefs, accommodation schedules, design options, feasibility studies, cost plans, and risk registers. Her attention to detail ensured the project moved smoothly through approvals and into the tender process. She then continued her support, overseeing the contractors’ adherence to the design requirements and output specifications, ultimately bringing the project to successful completion. All the schools are now fully operational.
